All units rebuilt by Black Run Transmission are warranted to the original buyer against failure caused by defects in workmanship for one year from the date of invoice. Black Run Transmission at our option may repair or replace any defective unit without charge to the original buyer. All warranty work will be performed by Black Run Transmission or all warranties are void.
Black Run Transmission will not pay labor to remove and install defective units, neither is Black Run Transmission liable for any consequential damages. Black Run Transmission will not pay towing, loss of work, or loss of time.
This warranty is void if vehicle has been abused or used for other than normal purposes, or for improper installation, or use of other than manufacturer's recommended lubricants with proper levels maintained. All units are shipped with no lubricant.
Warranty on defective parts is limited to the practice and procedure of the original parts manufacturer. Their decision is final.
"There are no warranties (implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness) which extend beyond the description on the face of this document."
